A perfect balance of absolute chaos

Synopsis: A journey into the mind of a Paralympian as he tackles the pressures and sacrifices of elite sport. The short documentary shines a light on the dark side of sporting success, questioning the ‘win-at-all-costs’ mentality, toxic-masculinity, and finding out what happens when 5 years of hard-work are over in just 40 seconds.

Value For Excellence

When organisations state that a certain percentage of our work force needs to be disabled, I find that they are placing greater value on the disabilities of the humans and not on the value that they can bring to the organisation as professionals. Disabled people need access to opportunities, and a future where organisations have the network, confidence, and resources to attract, recruit and recognise disabled people for their excellence.
